I have a strong railway background particularly in Operations and Programme Management having held many senior positions in both disciplines. I can offer leadership and support across a wide range of roles within the industry, with over 45 years’ experience in the rail sector and a broad set of skills. My strengths lie in excellent leadership skills and an ability to bring people together at all levels within and external to an organisation. Having successfully led front line operations and project teams to elevated levels of performance I have a track record of getting the best out of a team. As Managing Director of AARC I take a pro-active approach in all our contract engagements matching our areas of expertise with the skills required to meet the clients needs. My approach is both methodical and professional with an analytical mind when it comes to problem solving. I am always happy to provide advice and guidance to meet the needs of a project.
